These Terms define the rights and obligations between the publisher and the user regarding purchases made in the Track & Fit app, including the paid subscriptions Equilibre and Total Care.

A premium subscription is offered within the Track & Fit app.

This subscription includes access to all app features, including the sports coach assistant, the nutrition assistant, and the removal of all ads.

Prices: €9.90 per month or €99.90 per year.

The subscription is personal, non-transferable, and automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Prices are indicated in euros (or another currency depending on your store), all taxes included. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store depending on your device. No banking data is collected or stored by Track & Fit.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content provided immediately after purchase. The user acknowledges expressly waiving their right of withdrawal when subscribing.

No refund is possible once the purchase is validated, except in the case of a technical issue preventing access to the service. Any requests must be sent to support@goldenstudiolab.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The user can manage or cancel their subscription directly from their Apple or Google account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period. No partial refunds are issued.

Track & Fit is a well-being support application. It does not replace medical advice, nutritional follow-up, or professional sports coaching.

The information, suggestions, and content offered, including those generated by automated assistants, are provided for guidance only.

The user remains solely responsible for their health condition, their sports and dietary practices, and the way they use the application.

The collected data is processed in accordance with the app's Privacy Policy. The user can exercise their rights of access, rectification, or deletion at any time by contacting support@goldenstudiolab.com.

Golden Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The new terms will apply to any new subscription after they are published in the app.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
